BioCC project promotes the sharing of data, information, knowledge, and wisdom among bioresearchers who are working in biology and bioinformatics.
If you would like your bio website hosted on Biowiki, see please let us know.
The goal of BioCC is building an extensive bioknowledge network that is openfree.

Since 1995, BioCC has been a bioinformation portal. Originally established as a homemade openfree website in bioinformatics.

BioCC internet domain functions as a top level name holder for many Bioinformatics Research Sites.
The bioinformatics research sites are many biologically relevant internet sites that are openfree in nature and for ultimate sharing.

At present Bio.CC domain serves BioCC (Bio Community Cluster).

Bio.CC is managed presently by Jong Bhak at KOBIC
KOBIC has a mission to support bioinformatics infrastructure and researchers.
See the developmental history of Bio.CC from History of Bio.CC

BioCC stands for "Biological Information Objects Community Cluster"

How to participate in BioCC ?

Any institutes can participate in Bio.CC and use Bio.CC as a name portal for community web sites they create.
Please email jong@kribb.re.kr, ssgong@bio.cc, thkim@kribb.re.kr, kwon@kribb.re.kr or j@bio.cc to do so.
